Ms. Kristina Vaiciunaite has been running EESC since 2006. She is interested in Eastern Europe's regional political processes, especially in the situation in Belarus. She has been working at the Institute of International Relations and Political Science of Vilnius University since 1997. She lectures the students in political communication and directs various international projects there while working on her PhD.

Mr. Vytis Jurkonis
Head of Civil Society Development and Cooperation Division

Mr. Vytis Jurkonis, as the head of Civil Society Development and Cooperation Division at EESC, initiates and coordinates projects and trainings. His academic interests include Eastern Europe region, Lithuanian foreign policy, and issues of identity in international relations. Mr. Jurkonis has been a project manager at the Research and Public Affairs Department at the Institute of International Relations and Political Science of Vilnius University since 2005. Prior to that, he worked worked there at the Project and Public Relations Department  (2003-2005).  Mr. Jurkonis is pursuing his PhD at the Institute of International Relations and Political Science of Vilnius University.

Ms. Milda Vinciunaite initiates, implements and administers projects in the sphere of civil society and social engagement. She has graduated the Institute of International Relations and Political Science of Vilnius University (2002-2006) and has acquired MA in International Relations and Cooperation  at the University of Juan Carlos (Madrid, Spain) in 2007.

Ms. Julija Narkeviciute is project manager at the Civil Society Development and Cooperation Division. She initiates, implements administers projects in the sphere of civil society and social engagement. Julija administers the EESC website as well as assists with the public relations of the EESC. Julija's academic interests include foreign policy of the East European countries,  Lithuania's foreign policy and geopolitics. Julija has graduated Bachelor studies at the Institute of International Relations and Political Science of Vilnius University.

Zivile has acquired Master degree in European studies at the Institute of International Relations and Political Science, Vilnius University. She worked as analyst at the Centre for Strategic Studies (Vilnius) in 2006-2007 and at the Eastern Geopolitics Studies Centre (Vilnius) in 2007-2009. Academic interests: EU's external relations, the EU as a political system, theory and progress of Europeanization, political, social and economic developments in the EU's eastern neighborhood (Russia, Belarus and Ukraine).
