Vladimiras Laučius Senior Policy Analyst

Russian propaganda researcher. Moderator of the GSSC "Akiračiai" club. Producer, columnist and presenter of the project "Understanding Russia" (main platform - IQ magazine). Host of TV3 political current affairs programme.

Laima Serafinienė Financial specialist

Responsible for financial processes, budget planning, accounting, reporting, taxes, financial stability, and strategic financial decisions.

Tomas Janeliūnas Chief Research Programme Officer (CRO)

Chief Research Programme Officer, coordinates the GSSC’s research programmes, assigns tasks to EESC analysts and experts, and ensures the quality of analytical reviews and studies.

Simona Merkinaitė Senior Project Manager (CPO)

Senior Project Manager with experience in project proposal writing, project management and working in the NGO sector. Until joining the team at the EESC in 2021, she was an expert in the Open Lithuania Foundation's European Programme.

Andrius Prochorenko Senior Operations Manager (COO)

Ensures the efficiency of the organisation's processes, contributes to the organisation of high-level political events and conferences, and the implementation of national and international projects.

Adam Roževič Policy Analyst

Author of studies and other policy guidance documents, organises high-level events.

Simona Budrevičiūtė Event Coordinator

Responsible for the organisation of events, contributing to the implementation of international and national projects and the development of analytical content.

Eglė Vaičiulytė Event Coordinator

Organizes and coordinates events and communications, and ensuring smooth execution.
