Tomas Janeliūnas Chief Research Programme Officer (CRO)

Chief Research Programme Officer, coordinates the EESC’s research programmes, assigns tasks to EESC analysts and experts, and ensures the quality of analytical reviews and studies.

Simona Merkinaitė Senior Project Manager (CPO)

Senior Project Manager with experience in project proposal writing, project management and working in the NGO sector. Until joining the team at the EESC in 2021, she was an expert in the Open Lithuania Foundation's European Programme.
